This Privacy Policy explains how Clash VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when providing its mobile and desktop network access applications (referred to as 'the App'). We process data under a minimum-necessary principle and aim to keep service operation and privacy protection clearly defined.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect information needed to operate the service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend suitable routes, Clash VPN may process approximate region information. This data is used for: 1. Connection service: recommending routes based on node distribution; 2. Performance optimization: identifying regional failures and congestion through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Service communication: sending necessary security notices, service updates, or account reminders through your registered email or username.

We only transmit aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party providers (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, etc.) for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share your personal information: 1. Compliance with legal procedures or regulatory requirements; 2. Protection of users, the public, or this Service; 3. Cooperation with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. If you want to stop new data collection by the App, remove it through your device standard uninstall process.

User-provided data will be retained during the valid service period and for a reasonable grace period afterward. If you need to cancel your account and delete your personal profile, please contact our privacy team via [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from that group. If such information is discovered, we will delete it promptly. Guardians may also contact us through the same email. We use physical, electronic, and administrative measures to protect data security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal changes, product adjustments, or security requirements. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
