This agreement is a legal contract between you and Clash VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the network access application (referred to as 'the App').
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or its related marks without authorization. The intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking, rooting, or bypassing system security mechanisms may cause app errors, data risks, or service unavailability.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). When using related functions, you are also subject to the applicable terms of those services.
Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, poor signal, local network policies, or target platform changes. Using the App outside Wi-Fi or while roaming may generate carrier data charges. Please ensure you have permission from the bill payer before use.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Inability to access the service caused by device battery depletion, incorrect system settings, or third-party platform changes is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate node and route information, but some data may come from third-party partners; the Service Provider is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from such information. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. After service termination, the usage license becomes invalid, and you must stop using and delete the App.

Unauthorized Use: No refund will be provided if an account, license key, or digital benefit is shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.
